Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Adorable seasonal 625 sq ft. cottage in Burdett has 63' of lake frontage available mid-May-10/31. Close to wineries, distilleries, breweries 7 Miles to Watkins Glen 4 minutes to Dandy Mini Mart A private, paved, easily navigated road takes you to the cottage with 63’ of lake frontage. There are quite a few steps to the beach (with an easy rise and places to rest) but oh, so worth it! Don't forget your water shoes! Available mid-May through October 31. Sweet Retreat

Escape to this private 2 bedroom rustic cabin on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. Enjoy incredible views from the living room or soak up the sun on the dock. Appreciate a true happy hour on the screened-in porch or take libations on the lawn above the Lake. We provide linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels. Disinfectant wipes provided & clean mattress covers provided. Taughannock falls State Park is just 6 miles south, along with several great wineries nearby & local town.

Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the brand new dock, the deck off of the sunroom or from the beach around the firepit. Also just added a hot tub overlooking the lake!

Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
