Complete with a queen size bed, table for two, and kitchenette to make the late night hot chocolate or tea, and those tranquil morning coffees. Enjoy relaxing on the 6x12 screened in porch or around a warm fire pit. The shared restroom and shower house are a short walk away. Only minutes from Watkins Glen, Seneca Lake, and a multitude of wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and a multitude of waterfall and hiking trails.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

TreeTopper SkyTent sits amongst the tree tops, 10 feet above the ground. Hop on a hammock and then climb a ladder to dwell inside. This is the epic experience. This unique camping adventure begins with entering an enchanting abandoned Christmas tree farm and finding your way to a pristine campground. A secluded fire pit area is set up for you two chairs and a picnic table. The forest is magestic and the images don’t lie. Porta potty and drinking water on site.
