This is an apartment within a home consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette (small ),deck and hallway are overlooking the Columbia River, and they are situated in a private home. You have your own private entry. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood which is safe and quiet. The Irrigon marina is close by for the boaters. Great for a quick overnight while traveling through the area. Convenient for local workers. No pets allowed.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

This unit is under new management and has been recently updated with a king bed. This listing has had some issues because of poor management in the past, these have been resolved with the new management. It is in the heart of West Richland. Reclaimed Respite King Bed

This is a studio in-law suite unit. We used beautiful reclaimed wood as a major design element of this unique space. The thermostat for the hvac system is in the main house, this space generally stays at a consistent temperature between 68-72. We do still have some construction happening on the house next door so we are running a construction special, expect some noise usually between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please don’t book here if this would be inconvenient for you.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Very secluded and private with no neighbors or noise. 100% safe parking for all of your belongings. Great for a short getaway, work, traveling through or a hunting/ fishing trip. There is enough parking to accommodate a large 5th wheel or boat. Pet friendly with a dedicated dog area.
