All our cottages operate on solar and gas and fresh water is plentiful and delicious. Nguni Cottage is one of 4 self-catering cottages. Ideally situated on the Midlands Meander between the N3 and Piggly Wiggly as the crow flies. Decorated in earthy colours, spacious, cotton linen, fire place, dstv, large fridge freezer, gas stove. The cottage has a single en suite shower bathroom and bedroom with open plan living room / kitchen area, perfect for a couple. (Sleeper couch &/or floor mattress is available for children). Lake Lintrose is s self catering cottage that sleeps eight guests. Cottage one has 3 queen size beds, one room en suite and a room with 2 single beds. There is another shower and toilet with a further single toilet and hand basin. The lounge and kitchen area is open plan with a fireplace. There is also an outdoor verandah with seating and a fireplace to braai. The cottages overlook the beautiful Springrove dam and the magnificent Drakensberg mountains.

Beacon Vlei is situated on the Midlands Meander in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands South Africa. We have 5 self catering cottages which are all fully equipped with satellite TV, fireplaces for winter, fully equipped kitchens, en suite bedrooms and magnificent views over our 23 hectare private dam which is well stocked with large mouth Bass.
