The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

The Byron Bungalow, convenient to all of middle Georgia (Byron, Macon, Warner Robins, Perry), is located off I-75, minutes from the Amazon warehouse & Buc-ee's, and close to Robins AFB. Near restaurants & shopping, the Bungalow has one bedroom with ROKU TV; living room with 55-inch ROKU TV; full kitchen; large bathroom; and laundry room with washer/dryer. Fast Wi-Fi and reserved parking round out this 725 square foot house, whether you are on vacation or looking for a business trip home.

Family-friendly, Huge Yard with Playground

Relax with the whole family at this serene getaway. Once you walk into the main door you realize "it's bigger on the inside". The home is an addition built in 2020. The warm, cozy, cottage feel invites you to stay awhile or longer if you'd like. Morning coffee on the patio while bird watching or enjoy the peaceful views of the Pecan trees. The playground is the perfect escape from a long car ride. Night brings the illuminated glow from the outdoor lights while you enjoy your company.

Moore Than Just an Art Studio & Mini Animal Farm

Step out, and step into our country bliss! Looking for a quiet stay in the country with the ease of close amenities? Located on our 20 acre farm property, this renovated art studio is atop a barn aged over 100 years old decorated to bring you comfort & peace. We have all the charm and quiet of country living, but are less than 10 minutes from Downtown Gray, where you will have access to gas, groceries, & restaurants. We’re about 20 minutes from Downtown Macon & Milledgeville.

Tiny Cabin in the Country

Our tiny cabin is on a secluded, wooded 20 acre homestead in a very rural area. It's a quiet place where everyone is welcome. There is almost no light pollution here; on a clear night you'll have an amazing view of the stars. The cabin has internet and a smart TV. We're one mile from downtown Irwinton's gas station, local diner, small local market, and Dollar General. Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, I-75 and I-16 are all about a 30 minute easy drive with little traffic.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Oasis Ridge Cabin - Overlooking Pond

Only 15 min. From I-75, Nestled in a private natural setting, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin offers a tranquil escape. Unwind on the furnished patio, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor grill. The spacious yard, flatland and hillside areas provide ample space for family fun. Stroll through the greenery, relax by the pond, or simply soak in the serenity of the surroundings. Create lasting memories in this family-friendly retreat.

The Garden House - 8 minutes to RAFB

Peaceful retreat located on 2.5 acres. Relax and enjoy nature in this one bedroom guest house. Private drive and parking from main house, with easy access to Robins Air Force Base (5 miles), Georgia National Fairgrounds (13 miles), and Warner Robins (6 miles) shopping and restaurants. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.

Looking for a quiet, cozy getaway? Our converted barn offers southern charm in the countryside. Based on a farm setting, it is sure to include much quiet time and a break from social networking. Enjoy the sounds of the country life by sitting on the front porch and enjoying the beauty of the south.
