Nestled within the Cherokee National Forest, Brice's Place is in the Limestone Cove Valley of Unicoi County, between Stone Mountain & Unaka Mountain. With hiking and biking trails next to the property & some of the best fly-fishing rivers in Tennessee, Brice's Place is just 20-minutes to Johnson City, 35 to Bristol & 55 to Asheville.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Relax and enjoy the tranquility of this newly listed cabin situated in the mountains of East Tennessee. Bordering the Cherokee National forest there is an abundance of scenery and quietness. Minutes away from Johnson City, Erwin and Jonesborough, the oldest town in Tennessee. This cabin sits on 7 acres of land which can be explored. Dry Creek, which is a running creek despite the name, is walking distance from the cabin. You will find a peaceful and very relaxing creek for your enjoyment.

Welcome to our lovely centrally-located and spacious home. 2 bedroom, one has a queen and the other has 2 twin beds. 3 TVs and wifi for streaming. Complete with full kitchen, spacious living room that includes a desk. Spacious laundry room and a bathroom that includes a handicap shower. We have a lovely back deck that includes a gas grill and furniture for dining. Front porch for morning coffee and beautiful mountain views. 20 minute drive to Johnson City and 1 minute to Erwin.

Welcome to the Lee Cabin located at Shootout Mountain. The Lee Cabin was built in 1876 and is the oldest structure on Shootout Mountain. The cabin has been fully remodeled and offers all the latest amenities for an enjoyable mountain experience. You’ll find abundant outdoor recreation, a temperate climate, a relaxed lifestyle, and friendly people. The Lee Cabin is approximately a 1-hour drive from Asheville, Boone, or Johnson City, TN.
