Beautiful Bungalow Home located within walking distance of EOU and downtown. Located within blocks of grocery store, eateries, coffee shops and restaurants. This space has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath with a patio, grilling area, spacious fenced backyard and a basketball hoop. Guests are welcome to use the back yard and barbecue area. There are 7 total beds to accommodate your large group.

The Nature Trails at Burnt Acres

Place yourself in the country on 60 Acres with 4 miles of trail amongst the trees and a creek. You'll have access to this preserved natural area that is great for birding, biking, hiking, and more. The living quarters are a 2 bedroom house that is on the 2nd floor with deck overlooking the creek and wooded area. Bedrooms have 1 queen, 1 full, and a futon mattress.

Downtown basement suite

Private one bedroom, one bath, one living room basement suite with own entrance. Just a short walk from downtown venues and EOU. Outdoor table, chairs & fire pit for your enjoyment! TV has Amazon Fire Stick with many streaming options! This is a private space with your own entrance. There is a separate upstairs unit.

The Red Cottage-Pet friendly

The Red Cottage is close to EOU and downtown! The home was remodeled in 2022. It includes 2 bedrooms, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, along with a front yard and small fenced back yard. Bring your whole family along with your fur babies to enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet part of town.
