BMW, Michelin and other manufacturing plants are less than 30 minutes away. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

70's Nostalgia

Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats, pigs and chickens. Stop by our farm store and u-pick flower garden.

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a shower with vanity storage.

The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. Spacious Private Apartment in Lovely Home. You will enjoy the entire lower level of the main house (apprx. 876 sq. ft.) that has a separate, private entrance. Just a block from the campus of Presbyterian College in a quiet, safe neighborhood. My home is also steps from the campus of the Thornwell Home for Children and Thornwell's Lush Acres Farm.
