We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Relax and enjoy the small town feel close to the big city. Completely renovated home in the heart of Plain City. My home is located on a quiet street and is walkable to the local restaurants and shops. Plain City is 10 minutes from I-270. This home is located minutes from Dublin, Muirfield Golf Club-home of the Memorial Tournament, The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium along with a short drive to the Columbus Convention Center and The Ohio State University.
