Cozy Cottage Apartment

Like visiting grandma's house, but with a modern twist. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (side by side duplex) has been thoughtfully appointed with comfortable furniture, quaint decor & all necessities for your visit. The first floor offers a spacious living room, connected to a large dining room and open kitchen (pots, pans, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle, etc.). On the 2nd floor, our guests will find 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king bed), a dedicated work space & a full bathroom.

Thelma’s Place

Thelma’s Place is a completely renovated 2 story house, nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It’s just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hour’s drive. Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. It truly has a “home away from home” feel.

Bring the whole family to this cozy 3 bedroom home with lots of room for fun. Featuring two queen beds and a twin, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Enjoy the updated 1950's home and some of its original charm and details. This home is close to Latrobe, birthplace of the banana split, Mr. Rogers, and Arnold Palmer. It has easy access into Pittsburgh. This home is located just outside of Latrobe, but not too far from town. You are not far from restaurants, parks, skiing, and more!

Enjoy a comfortable, clean stay at this centrally-located, newly updated house. House is less than a mile from route 30 to get you to restaurants and shoppes in under 10 minutes. Everything is on one floor including the washer and dryer. House is very close to the hospital as well as Seton Hill University and University of Pittsburgh - Greensburg campus. Note that the bathroom is small with not much space to put your items.
