Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

City center is 10 mins away by train or bus and the airport coach stops nearby. Easy access to many venues is also possible including RDS, AVIVA stadium, 3 Arena and UCD. It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.
