Soak up the sun through original lead windows, then indulge in a soothing bubble bath by the light of the moon. The whole main floor and upstairs of the house is yours to use when you book our home. You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. If you need public transit, we are 1 short block walk to public transportation and a short walk to a food market , Starbucks coffee, Local wine shop and a delicious ice cream shop.

Welcome to our Hillside Oasis! Enjoy your own private spacious coach house with an unbelievable view. One bedroom, one bathroom, hotplate, toaster oven, fridge, pull-out couch, living room, cute little wood burning stove. 5 minute drive to the cove/ferry terminal.
