You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. Charming character home with a tasteful modern interior in West Point Grey, just one block from the shops & cafés along 10th Ave, transit, and a fast 20-minute ride to downtown Vancouver. Jericho Beach is only a 20-minute walk away. There are two well-designed bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other one with a twin bed. The sitting room is well appointed with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second & third floors of the house aren't accessible for the guests.

Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company.
