Characterful town house on Elm Hill

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Self contained en-suite cabin near city & UEA

Lovely little self contained, heated studio cabin with double bed and en-suite shower room. This is a completely private space within our garden, but separate from our house. You have your own private entrance through the side gate and a little outdoor space to sit. Flexible work/dining space with a folding table which you can leave up or put down to make more room. We have decorated our cosy cabin with retro and vintage finds we have acquired over the years, with a quirky, clashing style :)

This private ground-floor apartment is located on a quiet street, 20 minutes walk from Norwich city centre. This property is the front annex to the main house, therefore totally separate. It is rented out self catering with a kitchen/diner and seating for 6. The property has 3 double ensuite bedrooms, all with own key entry. The kitchen dining area is exclusively for guest use and includes tea/coffee, the property is on a main road and takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city. There are also frequent buses which go to the city centre and train station. The UEA & main Hospital are close by.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Property was built in 1885, we having loving restored this building and have kept many of the Original features which can be seen, we've also given it a modern up to date touch,it has a Wonderful Outdoor Space where there is a seating area. It's decorated throughout to a very high standard. It's very Central just a 10 minute walk into the City Centre. There are great Pubs less than 2 minutes away where the Food Served is Fabulous @The Black Horse. Very Close to the Golden Triangle
