Welcome to The Violet Crown Cottage, a retreat near Austin's greatest nightlife, food & charming shops Built in 1910, our home was lovingly remodeled to provide Victorian charm with modern amenities. Strum a tune on the guitar, play backyard games, and enjoy the large patio in your private backyard during Austin's beautiful evenings. Our 1,085 sq ft home is well equipped for weekend visits or longer stays with fiber internet, a complete WFH workstation, high-quality cookware, and upgraded A/C.

Shoal Creek Terrace is a clean & modern two bedroom condo with a view of the Shoal Creek greenbelt. A short walk to Pease Park, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Waterloo Records, Graffiti Park & West 6th street bar district. Includes two free parking spaces right in front of the unit. Pets are welcome, but we do have a pet fee of $100. A perfect location for SXSW, Austin City Limits, convention center events and downtown venues such as Mohawks, Stubbs BBQ, ACL Moody Theater & Cheer Up Charlies.

Just 4 blocks from the famous Franklin bbq, paperboy, moody center etc. this is a great, centrally located spot for exploring the city.
