Es hat Platz für 7 Personen. Direkt beim Haus starten Wander- und Biketouren. Bregenz ist ca. 1 km entfernt der Bodensee 10 Minuten. Das Bödele (Skigebiet/Wandern) ist circa 25 min entfernt. Innerhalb von 40-60 Minuten sind die Schigebiete (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus Bergwelt-M ist ein 300 Jahre alter Hof mit Bauernhaus, Scheune und Stall (der nicht mehr genutzt wird) in Schröcken am Arlberg in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Berge.
