Il mio alloggio è vicino a splendide viste panoramiche sulle Dolomiti Patrimonio Unesco, attività per la famiglia nel centro ricreativo Kral Ladin dove nel periodo invernale c è un bellissimo stadio per il pattinaggio, comprensorio sciistico 3Zinnen dolomiten a 5 minuti (in macchina) dall' appartamento, vari musei etnografici. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: l'atmosfera, gli spazi esterni, la luce, il quartiere e la gente. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini).

È adatto per coppie con bambini o per gruppi di massimo 4 persone.Offro camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c'è l' accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia. Per chi non può fare scalate c'è un sentiero che gira intorno al monte

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Unser alter Bauernstadel, der 2023 liebevoll erweitert und renoviert wurde liegt am Waldrand in herrlicher Alleinlage und ist direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Durch die südseitige Ausrichtung genießen unsere Gäste von früh bis spät Sonne.
