This recently improved riverfront cabin, has a style all its own. Open entertainment space extends on to the 40 ft long deck. The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. Beautiful views are seen of the lush landscaping, river and distant mountain, from every room. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. Enjoy our family friendly cottage sleeps 12, with two bedrooms that each have a queen bed and 2 sets of single bunk beds. Located just a few miles from town, our cottage is on a quiet road. It features an open living/dining room and kitchen area. The large covered deck with a ceiling fan and rocking chairs allows you plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the scenic views of our 60 acre property of woods and farmland.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located just 4 miles from I81, it's easy to get to Binghamton & Syracuse. Just 9 miles and a quick 15 minute drive to Greek Peak Mountain Resort. Close to the Finger lakes wine trail, and many wineries. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. We are dog friendly(2 allowed) there is a $100. fee per stay.
