Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

Vi erbjuder en uthyrningsdel i källare centralt belägen i Uppsala. Området ligger nära Akademiska sjukhuset, Universitetet, Domkyrkan och Slottet med Botaniska trädgården. I anslutning till boendet finns gräsytor och naturreservat Fullt utrustat kök samt toalett i lägenheten. I tvättstuga alldeles utanför finns tvättmaskin och dusch. Det tar ca 10 min att promenera till stadskärnan. Livsmedelsaffär ca 3 min och restauranger finns i närområdet. Sänglinne ingår ej, täcken och kuddar finns.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Wellcome to a refurnished apartment 15 min walk from city center, 8 min by bus. You'll find a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One with a 160 bed, one with a 120 bed. If you let me know in advance an inflatable 160 matress can be used in the livingroom. A balcony (south facing there your can enjoy the afternoon sun if your get lucky). If you arrive by car you'll find parking space just outside for a small fee. If your lucky you can use my parking for free.
