Despite main city is just few steps away, we have minimal noise issue as we have soundproofing and we're in an ideal location. We remained the unique architecture structure of this pre-war building, while mixing urban style design to it. Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix is available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

This is a comfortable heritage home located in GEORGETOWN, Penang. Situated in the heart of the city, this is the best place to stay to explore most of the magnificent spots in Georgetown. The location is very strategic and situated in the middle of Georgetown city, a lot of tourist spots and famous eateries are just within 5 km radius from my place, it is easily accessible to a places in Georgetown, Penang. Welcome! Alvin lives on the ground floor, he co-owns NarrowMarrow cafe. Trained in architecture and is active in the music scene. Walk out and into the best cafes and mural art, popular hawkers and heritage sites. The unit is very spacious as it takes up the entire floor with its own private kitchenette, dinning space and bathroom. This entire floor is fitted with pre loved curiosities, found in the vicinity of penang. Please take notice it’s on the second floor with no lift.

*Ah Tong Residence by Aayu* Located steps away from the famous Kimberley Street Night Market, this house also known as Ah Tong Residence was built in the late 19th century but was a tailor shop until 2010. Now, it has been converted into a guesthouse while conserving the architectural elements of the past such as timber flooring. Welcome to our family owned, renovated and run historical home. A 100 year shophouse where your “entire area” is the top floor of our 3-story shophouse in the heart of Georgetown. Meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed.
