This cozy cabin is located in Andover, Maine with trail side access to ATV and snowmobiling, start riding right from the door yard! This location is hiker & explorer friendly, located 30 minutes to Sunday River and 20 min to Black Mountain Ski Mt. Rumford. Cabin is 6 miles from the public boat launch on Richardson Lake. We decorate for the holidays!!! The cabin is a short walk to Devil's Den cave & 4 miles to a Applachian trail crossing. 20min ride to Step Falls in Newry. Peace in abundance

Tucked away on a private mountain road our unique "little green camp" offers a wonderful base for all of your outdoor adventures. Staying in to chill and watch movies or going out to ATV, snowmobile, hike, ski, fish or hunt, we have you covered. We are 35 mins from Sunday River and Black Mountain of Maine , and Grafton Notch State Park, 30 mins to Richardson Lake and the Appalachian Trail access and 10 mins to Roxbury Pond. *Access to ATV and snowmobile trails from camp are temporarily closed.

L' Akers Cottage

Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.

We think of this spot as a little bit "urban" in the Great North Woods.
