Welcome to our apartment house in the heart of Novo Mesto. Just a 6 minute drive from the motorway exit and a 10 minute walk from the city center, our house offers peaceful surroundings despite its central location. It is ideal for exploring the town and the Dolenjska region. We offer free on-site parking. Modernly renovated apartments include kitchen, private bathroom, underfloor heating, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV package. Additionally, some apartments boast a terrace or balcony.

Modern 2- bed apartment located in the center of Ljubljana. The area is peaceful, but only 10 minute walking distance from the main city square. The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets are provided by me. Note: Transport from and to the airport can be provided for a very reasonable price. Tourist tax paid separately.

V bližini sta tudi reki Kolpa in Krka, ki sta v poletnih mesecih priljubljeni destinaciji za kopanje in turizem. Pozimi pa se lahko odpravite kopati v termalni vrelec KLEVEVZ, kjer ima voda vedno 24 stopinj.

The estate consists of 90 square meters living area and 7000 square meters surroundings, where you can enjoy in privacy. It has a beautiful covering open terrace with an amazing view. The house is located only 20 minutes away from Spa Šmarješke Toplice and 30 minutes away from Spa Dolenjske Toplice and Čatež.
