Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Unik A-frame bland trädtopparna i skogen - ett enkelt liv i högsta grad. Upptäck harmonin i vår förtrollande skog, inbäddad bland naturens skönheter, där varje dag känns som ett med naturen. Njut av vind och väsen från naturen till den sprakande kaminen. Laga din mat över grill eller kokplatta. Total avkoppling från allt annat som haft betydelse! Här laddar du om batterierna till fullo. Enkel toalett och dusch ca 90 meter ifrån. Endast dusch under sommaren. Max plats för 2 personer.

Hallontorpet

Mitt på Utö med gångavstånd till stränder och fantastisk natur ligger denna lilla pärla. Perfekt för den som vill ha det lugnt och bo mitt i naturen. Huset är perfekt för två personer. Minsta bokning är två dygn. Bara några minuters promenad till havet. Flera utmärkta vandringsleder finns på Utö. En karta finns i huset. En bra liten restaurang finns inom gångavstånd. "Samhället" Gruvan är ca 4km bort där flertalet restauranger, matbutik m.m. finns. Kliv av båten vid Spränga brygga.

Stuga Storskär på Utö

Stugan Storskär byggdes för några år sedan har allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse på Utö, skärgårdens kanske vackraste och mest mångfacetterade ö. Stor altan med sol från lunch till sen kväll på somrarna. Utemöbler, kolgrill (kol ingår ej) och fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin och AC. Brädspel, böcker, kortlek finns också. För barnen finns en lekstuga, leksaker, fotbollar, kubb och annat att låna. För regniga dagar finns Wifi och TV med Apple-TV men även en bastu på tomten.

Skärgårds hus på Utö, Rådjursbacken

Rådjursbacken är en komplett stuga som ligger i ett lungt område mitt på ön, med nära till Spränga brygga. Stugan är i två plan. På nedre plan är allrummet med Tv, braskamin, kök med diskmaskin, WC med dusch och tvättmaskin. Stor altan mot väst med havsglimt. På altanen finns grill och utemöbler. Övre plan har 2 sovrum med 2 bäddar i varje rum. Spjälsäng, barnstol finns. Ett begränsat antal cyklar finns att hyra. Bryggplats finns, men hör av er innan om ni önskar låna den.

Charming Cottage on Utö | Beach & Restaurants

Escape to a charming island cottage on beautiful Utö, surrounded by peaceful nature and just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and bike rentals. The cottage features a smart layout with a kitchenette, private bathroom, sofa bed and a cozy sleeping loft. For bookings made after July 1, fresh bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Earlier bookings can add these for SEK 150 per person. The perfect base for exploring one of Sweden’s most beautiful islands.

You wake up in this magical house on the top on a cliff overlooking the entire Stockholm Archipelago. The house itself has everything you need and the surrounding nature provides the magic. The deep forest meets the rugged archipelago cliffs, you can't help but abdicate for the peace. The starry nights and silence at the far end of the peninsula is soothing for the soul. With eagles and deer outside the window, you relax from the inside out. Simply a unique place.

Sjönära och mysig stuga med hög standard och avskilt boende cirka 1 km från Spränga brygga. Uteplats med grillmöjligheter och sjöutsikt. Helkaklat badrum med dusch och toalett. Stugan ligger cirka 4 km från Gruvbryggan med Utö värdshus, ICA samt ett antal restauranger. Närmsta bad med hopptorn och brygga cirka 1 km. Populära Storsand ligger 7 km mot Ålö. Cyklar finns att hyra på plats. Som gäst tar du med sängkläder och handdukar. Städning görs av dig som gäst.

Small house with sauna and a breathtaking view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
