In a characteristic building, on the border of the lively city center you find our beautiful studio, with a lovely view on the canal and park. 1 minute walking brings you to the oldest shopping street 'Twijnstraat', Ledig Erf square & Museumkwartier. Around the corner you find cosy coffee- and winebars, café's, terraces and lots of restaurants. The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

Downstairs apartment in the old centre of Rhenen

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

Slapen aan de Rijn in onze knusse gerenoveerde ‘Blauwe’ kamer en badkamer in een prachtige oude dijkwoning. Op loopafstand bevindt zich de Blauwe Kamer, de Grebbeberg en een aantal fantastische wandel/fietsroutes langs de Waal en Rijn. Tevens een aantal gezellige restaurants waaronder ‘t Veerhuis (op 200m afstand). U heeft de beschikking over een groot gedeelte van de tuin met lounge gedeelte. En evt. in de ochtend een Betuws ontbijt in de tuin of op de kamer.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Amsterdam and Utrecht are 20 minutes away by train or car. The apartment is located near the center of Bussum with nice restaurants and shops. It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

Double king size electric box spring (not yet in photo), bunk bed and spacious sofa to rest on after your trip or to sleep on. 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Schiphol 30 minutes. 55 inch TV with Netflix, Disney plus, TED TV, etc. (not yet in the photos.)

In een schitterend huis aan 1 van de de mooiste grachten van Amersfoort, ligt dit prachtige en volledig ingerichte appartement. De toplocatie is rustig, maar toch midden in de historische binnenstad. De winkelstraat, restaurants, terrassen, musea, alles is op loopafstand. Het station is 15 minuten lopen, met de trein ben je in 30 minuten in Amsterdam
