Er is een gedeelde ingang voor de 2e verdieping deze is bewoond. De tuin grenst aan de speeltuin, fijn voor gezinnen. Twee slaapkamers, luxe badkamer, moderne keuken, luxe woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar de tuin en fijne werkplek. Om de hoek vind je winkels, Wilhelminapark en Spoorwegmuseum.

Dit appartement is gelegen op een biologische boerderij onder de rook van Amsterdam (3,5 kilometer afstand van openbaar vervoer). Vanuit hier kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen in Amsterdam en de rest van Nederland. De landelijke ligging maakt dat je hier volledig tot rust kan komen. Het is een groene oase vlakbij de stad, met verschillende idyllische dorpen en kleine steden eromheen. Op de boerderij is het een gezellige boel met de koeien, geiten, varkens, pony's ('s zomers vliegen:))

In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling and for rest and relaxation. Kayaks and (motorised) boat available. Enjoy rest, freedom and rural view in our authentic, completely renovated cottage.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Zeer compleet huis op een eiland met een eigen motorboot. Dit alles in een mooie omgeving met veel natuur, waar voldoende te doen is voor iedereen. In de tuin kunt u lekker luieren in een hangmat, trampoline springen, kanoën, suppen en zwemmen vanaf je eigen steiger. In de omgeving kunt u verder wandelen en fietsen naar het nabijgelegen dorp Breukelen en/of wandelen langs de Vecht. Vanaf station Breukelen bent u met de trein binnen 25 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam of Utrecht.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.
