Rental includes use of boat ramp for boats to 20 feet , boat trailer parking, and dockage for one boat 26 feet or less. The Bay shows spectacular sunsets over the water seen from our villa. We allow one dog less than 15 pounds. The Villa is set within a native hammock with numerous native plants and trees.
