Una posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi la Fiera(900 mt) e, con una passeggiata di 20/30 minuti, il centro della città. Vicinissimo trovate la fermata dell'autobus che in pochi minuti raggiunge oltre al centro storico, la stazione ferroviaria alta velocità, dalla quale parte il People Moover, collegato con l'aeroporto, l'ospedale S. Orsola e l'arena Parco Nord.

Il B&B "I Falchi Pellegrini" si trova sulla Via degli Dei in villa indipendente immersa nel verde. E' adatto al pernottamento di escursionisti che percorrono la storica tratta Bologna-Firenze e di chi cerca una sosta nel verde dell'Appennino bolognese. Ci troviamo a 10 min dal casello autostradale di Sasso Marconi e a 5 min dalla stazione di "Vado-Monzuno". La colazione è inclusa. In caso di gruppi di 5 persone ospitiamo gratuitamente il quinto ospite mettendo a disposizione il divano-letto.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

We will be happy to host you in a 60 sqm studio apartment, equipped with bathroom, kitchen and Wi-Fi, with a separate entrance and full access to the large garden of the house. Bologna is 30' by car, 50' by bus and the Villaggio della Salute Più thermal baths are only 15' away. Breakfast is included in the price and all the products we use are organic.
