Cozy Traditional Faroese House Next to the River

This cozy house is situated in the old town of Kvívík. Perfect for those who are seeking an authentic and tranquil stay in one of the most charming villages in the Faroe Islands. The house is called "Hjá Ginnu" and was built in 1864. Recent renovations have respected the original architecture, but introduced modern amenities for a pleasant stay. You'll overlook the church, hear the burble of the river, be a stone's throw away from the ocean and one of the oldest viking settlement in the Faroe.

Guest house in Sørvágur near airport

Our Guesthouse is a traditional Faroese house built in 1882. After being uninhabited for years, the house underwent a huge renovation in 2017. Our Guesthouse is located in the old city center of Sørvágur and is the perfect base for exploring all the fantastic attractions that Vágar has to offer. You are only a 10 minute walk away from the ferry to Mykines, and about a 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The airport is a 5 minute drive away and the local grocerystore is just arround the corner.

This nice and cosy apartment is completly private. Private entrance and good parking conditions and free wifi. It is located in the gorgeous village of Sandavágur, which is 12min from the airport and approx 25min from the capital Tórshavn. The appartment has got two floors. - Ground floor: entrance hall, bathroom and kitchen / living room with sofabed. - 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double beds) and a small TV room with a sofa. Camper outside our house located in Sørvágur that can't be moved. From here it is easy to get to Mykines, the airport and to take the bus to Tórshavn. It's located close to the airport, Gásadalur, Mykines, Tindhólmur, Sørvágsvatn, Bøsdalafossur, Trælanípan and Drangarnir Travel like a local and try staying in a camper. Camping is very popular on the islands and there are 500 campers on the Faroe Islands. Bed linen and towels are included

A stone and wooden house with turfroof situated on a hillside. A very quiet place with only sheep, birds and green grass as far as the eye can see. Right infront of the house is the Northatlantic ocean. There are no neighbors. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet tranquil accommodation. The house was built in 2010 with an old traditional Faroese style. It has 1 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen and a living room, all with a fantastic view.

Et lille hus i storslået natur, kun 5 meter fra havet og 500 meter fra bygden Bøur. Ligger i et fredeligt område 90 meter fra bygdevejen. Der er ingen stig fra p pladsen til huset, men man må gå gennem grasset, og det kan være glatt i regnvejr, så pas på:) 6000 meter til Vagar Lufthavn 4000 meter til købmand.
