This is a beautiful which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, placed in the Jalon Valley, perfect for guests seeking a quiet place plenty of nature You can enjoy a large communal swimming pool which is shared by a small number of people. If you do not feel like cooking, there is a restaurant. You only have to cross the road and having breakfast, lunch and dinner. The valley is well-known for lovers of hiking, rock climbing and cycling. It is not dificult to see a famous rider.

La Distancia is een zeer rustig gelegen Finca voor max. 6 personen. Het huis heeft een afgesloten tuin, buiten bbq, parkeerplaatsen en privé zwembad. Ligging van het huis is in sinaasappel- en mandarijnengaarden nabij Vilamarxant. Dit is zo'n 25 km van het vliegveld en centrum van Valencia. De laatste 2 jaar is veel vernieuwd; kozijnen, keuken, badkamer, 4xairco en kachel. Het huis heeft 2 badkamers, 3 slaapkamers met een dubbel bed en een kamer met een stapelbed voor kinderen.

Finished in 2019, we have a fresh and spacious bungalow on offer with a lot of privacy and increddible 180° panoramic views from the balcony which will mesmarise you over and over again! Next to our house there will be access (just 50m) to the spacious communal pool with sunbeds and shade from the trees.
