ADAPTADO PARA PERSONAS CON MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA Los Molinicos es un apartamento de dos habitaciones adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida, compuesto por cocina comedor, dos habitaciones que se montan según necesidades del cliente y baño. El apartamento está divido en cocina comedor, baño y dos habitaciones triples que se montan según las necesidades del cliente. El apartamento dispone de cocina comedor, baño y dos habitaciones triples que montamos según las necesidades de cada cliente, siendo las camas de matrimonio de 1,80 y quitando las que no se necesitan, ademas tenemos carta de almohadas. La cocina está totalmente equipada, tiene horno, microondas, exprimidor eléctrico, tostadora, hervidor de agua, batidora y todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. El salón tiene chimenea y sillones de relax. También dispone de una zona de lavandería y plancha de ropa. La casa dispone de una amplia terraza común a todos los apartamentos donde disfrutar de la naturaleza y un salón multiusos para la realización de actividades, cursos o talleres. También disponemos de una amplia zona de barbacoa de casi 300 metros cuadrados con césped, futbolín y bicis de todos los tamaños, además de todo tipo de menaje para hacer barbacoa y siendo el sitio idóneo para realizar observación del cielo.

Maison ancienne rénovée avec des matériaux traditionnels et des artisans locaux dans les années 90. Depuis ce jour, nous veillons à ce qu’elle soit toujours bien entretenue et rénovée. Située dans un petit village au pied des montagnes, dans le "Val de Gallinera", et à 15 minutes en voiture de plages de sable fin et de piscines naturelles. De juin à septembre, de nombreux restaurants, piscines de villages, bars de plage (xiringuitos) et d’événements s’installent et animent la saison estivale.

Dit architectonische geesteskind (SpronkenHouse) van beeldhouwer Xander Spronken is een van de 2 kunsthuizen te midden van de weelderige heuvels van Castellon, gelegen op een prive landgoed van 10 hectaren met amandel- en olijfbomen, (slechts 35 min. van de zee). De setting is erg rustig. De grote kamerhoge ramen van de villa bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de Iberische bergen met de 1.800 meter hoge Penyagalosa-top als middelpunt. Via een prive toegangsweg kom op het landgoed.

The house of AGUA is an accommodation, in the heart of La Villa (Casco Histórico de Requena), surprises with a remodeled interior of warm and modern design. A place of disconnection and enjoyment. Oriented to the south, all exterior, so it has plenty of natural light.   Its cellar, keeps a choice of wines from the region, which can be tasted "in situ".
