Nuestra encantadora casa fue construida en 1920 y fue renovada 2023. Se encuentra ubicada en el pintoresco barrio marítimo de Cabañal, a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa. Además, cuenta con transporte público muy cercano, ofreciendo excelentes conexiones a los lugares de interés de Valencia. En el barrio también encontrarás restaurantes, un mercado tradicional, supermercados y todos los servicios necesarios. Licencia turística: VT-41862-V

Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
