More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Fitness required

Situated on the edge of the traditional provencal village of Puyloubier is Clair de Lune - the last cottage in the village overlooking the vineyards that adorn the foot of the Mountain St Victoire. For hiking and climbing, just step out of the cottage, for wine take a short walk to the local 'Caves' or simply relax by the pool.
