Located within the Dark Sky Reserve, the Farmhouse has 3 Large Roof Windows, so star gazing can be done while relaxing indoors!! Ideal location for walkers with the Beentee loop walk and Cnoc na dTobar pilgrim path close by.

The house is a great base to explore the wonderful Gems that Co.Kerry has to offer. The house is a 10 min drive from Killorglin, 20 mins from Killarney and 1 hour drive from Dingle & Kenmare.

Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. Our Seaside Cottage is a wonderfully comfortable, spacious, bright and airy place. The beach is only a 3 minute walk away, the Light house about 10. Geese and chickens (and in Spring pet lambs) will be passing by your double door, while you are having your breakfast. If you feed them they will keep you company - their eggs are delicious! Donkeys Salem and Rolo, escape artists, should be in the field in front of the cottage, but they might just be having a little wander...
