The beautiful deck and outdoor space is a haven to BBQ, entertain and unwind after a day fishing, surfing and exploring. Visit one of our great cafes or tavern. Our backyard birds and wildlife include: kookaburras, lorikeets, king parrots, black & white cockatoos, kingfishers, tawny frog-mouth. Kangaroos are frequent visitors.

Original 1940's beach cottage lovingly restored and updated for another eighty years of use for our family and our guests. Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. It's just a gentle downhill stroll to the 5 km long dog friendly beach backed by untouched forest reserve and an equally easy amble up to the cafe with its beautiful coffees and food. One bedroom self contained and well appointed apartment situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to public transport and a short walk from restaurants, shops and the beach. It has easy self check-in and off-street parking. A modern kitchen cupboard has a mini bar fridge, microwave (no stove), crockery and cutlery, and a selection of teas and ground coffee. A large, modern bathroom houses a washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a relaxing stop-over or longer stay on the beautiful Coffs Coast.

A simple, homely space for guests seeking comfort, nature, and connection. We live upstairs with our three children so are available but offer privacy.

Pelican Cottage

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

Wavebreaker is an upmarket, eco friendly studio apartment with magnificent ocean, headland and mountain views, directly across from Little Beach. There is a comfortable queen size bed, fully self contained with oven, cooktop, microwave, washing machine and dryer in the large, separate bathroom Your private self contained apartment is the downstairs part of our house. You have your own entrance(which faces the ocean and headlands)and is peaceful and quiet. I am only a phone call/text away!

Bush and beach! Best of both worlds...

A well constructed, superbly insulated house making both winter and summer stays a pleasure. On those few cool Winter nights light the cosy woodburner. My place is close to the beach. You’ll love it because of the feeling that you are in the bush right up in the trees.. watch the king parrots, kangaroos and even a resident echidna and water dragon! Walk for approx 5 minutes through the bush down to the lovely Valla Beach. My place is good for couples and business travellers alike.

Our place is 6 acres of native forest next to a pristine lake, within easy walking distance of beautiful, uncrowded beaches. We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This two storey unit has a separate bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ provided. Laundry available. No pets please.

2 Robert Street Lane is a self-contained dwelling only 50 metres from Bellingen's main street. Set in an established garden the cottage has a private entrance with key pad entry, high ceilings, air-conditioning and bi-fold doors leading onto a leafy deck area. Complete with all modern amenities including wi-fi and Netflix it is perfect for one to two adults. Breakfast supplies including muesli, porridge, milk & fresh fruit provided. This property is not suitable for infants or children.
