The house is located in a private urbanization with a large communal pool and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room. The spacious roof terrace with BBQ offers you beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. It is a place for people who love sun, sea and beach in a quiet environment. This independent 35m² apartment is part of Cortijo Molino in Almayate with a private, fenced garden of 1000m² with lawn, lounge areas, BBQ, pool and panoramic views over the sea. Should the main house be rented out you would share the pool and part of the garden with other guests by arrangement.

La casa cuenta en su exterior con una piscina que mide 3,80m. de ancho y 7,30m. de largo, donde prodrá darse chapuzones con total privacidad. Hay un prche de 2X10m. con vistas al mar Mediterraneo y montañas de los alrededores.
