Toutes les commodités dans la station au pied de l'appartement : supérette, boulangerie, restaurants/bars, magasins, cinema, bowling, patinoire, escalade, laverie, office de tourisme, bus. Le studio est à 30 minutes en voiture de Briançon, 50 minutes de la frontière Italienne et à 1h45 de la ville de Turin.

Très belle maison spacieuse - Vars/Risoul/Eygliers

Au-dessus de Guillestre, cette maison récemment rénovée est un véritable havre de paix, ensoleillée et lumineuse, avec une vue imprenable sur la rivière du Guil, le Guillestrois et les sommets environnants. Les grandes ouvertures baignent chaque pièce d'une lumière douce toute la journée. Le balcon plein sud invite à contempler les montagnes à toute heure, et le jardin se prête aussi bien aux petits-déjeuners d'été qu'aux pauses soleil de décembre. À deux pas, une cascade ponctue le silence.

Situé en FRONT DE NEIGE et en rez-de-jardin cet appartement donne un accès direct aux pistes et remontées ! Ski Alpin, ski de fond, chiens de traineaux, snowboard, cascade de glace... Venez profiter des nombreuses activités. L'appartement se compose d'une chambre (lit 140), d'un coin montagne avec lits superposés fermé par un rideau et d'un canapé-lit gigogne (2 places).Draps et serviettes NON fournis. Casier à skis sécurisé. Parking gratuit. Restaurant, ESF, commerces proches. Terrasse privée.

Direct access to the Prorel de Briançon Serre-Chevalier ski slope. Free parking in front of the accommodation. In the quiet hamlet of Queyrelles (village of Puy St Pierre). Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.

Vaste et cosy appartement au pied des pistes de la station familiale de Vallouise-Pelvoux, dans le Parc National des Écrins. Situé sous les toits au dernière étage d'une charmante et petite résidence, l'agréable et spacieux séjour orienté plein sud donne sur une belle terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Les pistes de skis de Pelvoux sont à quelques dizaine de mètres de l'appartement, et sa location centrale rend l'accès aisée à toutes les commodités. Parking privé au pied de la résidence.

Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking/oven. Perfect base for direct ski touring/hiking/paragliding access to the fabulous terrain on the sunny side of the valley.

Ce chalet se situe dans un hameau du XVIIIème siècle à 1600 mètres d'altitude, face à une très belle vue. Orienté est/ouest il est ensoleillé toute la journée. 110m2 se répartissent en 4 petits niveaux avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, grande douche, baignoire, sauna, 3 WC, séjour avec babyfoot, piano, vidéo projecteur. Deux grands balcons, une terrasse privative avec table dinatoire face à la vue en font un endroit d'exception où profiter du calme et de l'air exceptionnel.

Sous les toits à Pelvoux

Sous les toits, au quatrième étage, venez passer votre été ou hiver au pied des randonnées et des pistes de ski. Au départ du pied de l'immeuble, partez randonner dans les écrins, grimper à Ailefroide ou rejoignez les télésièges de la station de ski. Propre et bien équipé notre appartement est idéal pour 4 et peut loger 5-6 personnes (nous contacter). Le local à ski privatif vous permet de tout laisser en bas. Le vaste parking n'est jamais plein.
