La Casa Castell és al centre de Montblanc a 100m de la Plaça Major on gaudir de l'ambient, restaurants, terrasses, pastisseries i mercat cada divendres. Capital de la Conca de Barberà, amb una població de 7.500 habitants, és un poble medieval emmurallat amb torres i portals, carrerons empedrats, i edificis monumentals com l'església de Santa Maria. Relax in the beautiful countryside of Vespella de Gaia, which lies in a tranquil region of small Mediterranean coastal villages dotted amongst vineyards and fields of olive trees. Our house looks out across the valley to an ancient church perched on the opposite hill. We are only 12 km away from the sea and from some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. There are multiple UNESCO World Heritage sites nearby, and we are surrounded by unspoilt countryside with hiking and cycling trails.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
