Salamonie State Property surrounds the Carriage House on three sides which means, this is all public land for you to explore! The Carriage House shares five acres with our residence. The Carriage House has loads of rustic charm, however, the modern amenities will keep you comfortable! Whether you're horseback riding, fishing, boating, hiking, biking on the Wabash County Trail, seeing a show at the Honeywell Center or just simply...want to get away, the Carriage House is awaiting your arrival!

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Enjoy wildlife, kayaking, fishing, campfires, horses, hiking and games. We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

The Shed Retreat

The Shed Retreat is a sacred space for anyone looking to shed their worries, fears, and busy schedules. Once a home for goats located in a secluded area on our property, it is now a peaceful garden oasis among the trees for those seeking a break from the norm. Inside, you can enjoy a cozy and relaxing place to lounge or rest. Outside, you can spend time around the fire pit, collect fresh eggs for breakfast, kayak on a nearby river, bike to local ice cream shops, or take a nap in a hammock.

The Ranch on RaceStreet

Ranch on Race was recently renovated to best serve guests during their stay in Marion, IN. With comfortable furniture and stylish décor, it is the perfect place to unwind. Recharge in one of the two bedrooms, enjoy the spacious living room and kitchen, or be productive at the provided desk. Whether you are in town on business, catching a sporting event at IWU or visiting friends and family you will have everything you need to make your stay relaxing. Pack & play available upon request.

Rustic Roadhouse - Quiet Cozy Country Loft

Self check-in! Traffic noise free! This cozy guest loft was created in January of 2022. We sit in the central edge of Marion, about 8 min from IWU, 5 min from down town, and 7 min from I-69. With TWO bedrooms (each has TV & QUEEN bed), a LARGE kitchen/dining area, a COZY living room with TV/Roku, and a SPACIOUS bathroom! NO CLEANING FEE and FREE parking right in front of your door! No cleaning fees with your help! This is a quiet cottage getaway. Nestled in Upland, close to Taylor University, Indiana Wesleyan, and Ball State, this is a convenient location to have a relaxing stay. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. Come stay with us and enjoy all that Upland has to offer!

Lindsay's Landing: 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Home

This home is comfortable and stylish home with many amenities and is in an ultra-convenient location - a stone's throw from Indiana Wesleyan University, dining and shopping. Guests will love the open floor layout, full kitchen, high-speed internet, smart TV, and large beds with premium mattresses, pillows, and linens. You will feel right at home at Lindsay’s Landing. (Note: upon request, pets are welcome for a fee of $12/pet/night.)

Guests have access to the full house with an open floor plan and comfortable living space.
