This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional outdoor shower for the adventurous spirit. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

The house features a round kitchen and bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Enjoy a giant view of the sky, fire pit by the pond, the sound of frogs, meditate, relax, or … work!

Spacious apartment in the Theodore Friendly House

The Theodore Friendly House was built in 1880 in the Queen Anne style with Eastlake details throughout. Located in the Near Westside National Historic District, which is a prime location near Downtown Elmira's shops, restaurants, theaters, museums, arena, churches, and bars. Handy drive to Mark Twain Gravesite, Newtown Battlefield, National Soaring Museum, Corning Museum of Glass, Finger Lakes wineries, and Watkins Glen International. All are welcome!

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Ithaca Falls Quaint Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed for 2, a living room with a sofa (where a child or small person can sleep), a dining table with 3 chairs, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen. It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Guests enjoy a private entrance to the newly remodeled apartment, which is ready for you to relax and enjoy. Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. We are less than 20 miles to Ithaca and Owego where you will find shopping, activities, restaurants and more. You will love exploring the magical 182 acres of land with trails, waterfalls, pond, wood fired Sauna, outdoor kitchen, and much more. Good for small families, couples, and solo adventurers.
