The Rita House

Centrally located in Lindale, yet back off a quiet street with a peaceful, fenced backyard with driveway parking. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome! (Prior approval needed for more). It’s a quick walk to "The Cannery" which hosts Miranda Lambert's Pink Pistol and Red 55 Winery as well as Texas Music City Grill. Beautiful Darden Park and nearby dog park are also walking distance. It's also just a short drive to the quaint town of Mineola, the Texas Rose Horse Park and Canton First Mondays.

Enjoy the cozy cottage, set in nature and perfect for a getaway. With one bedroom and a spacious loft for cuddling up or playing games with your loved one(s). Included is a nice front porch to enjoy nature and a full kitchen for your convenience. The Cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Lindale, 35 from Canton Trade Days and Tyler. We are just 4 miles south of I-20, and an hour and fifteen minutes in either direction from Dallas and Shreveport. Escape from the busyness of life and enjoy our little hideout in the country. Travel 3/4 mile off the county road onto a private dirt road. Farmhouse decor , covered porch with rocking chairs, extra open loft bedroom , outside fire pit, bbq grill, fenced backyard and plenty of outdoor space to explore. We are close to town for all your needs but far enough out to feel away from it all. It is fenced and set apart from the other tiny home on the property.
