Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

The windows in the living area makes you feel close to the nature even from inside. The studio style interior with queen bed and 3 pull out beds is perfect for a couples retreat or a group up to 5. You can even clean your fish right there and grill them on the BBQ grill! Bring your boat or kayak and push off from the dock. Make great memories with the entire family in the slow-paced sea town!

Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.
