We just completed our new pickleball court and renovations on the pond and built a brand new dock. The pond is stocked with black bass, crappie and hybrid stripers. You can catch all you want... BUT we are Catch and release ONLY. Message us and we'll let you know what to bring to catch em!!

Lovely 2bd/1ba overlooking private 20-acre lake on 300-acre ranch. Pool table & dartboard on screened porch. Trails throughout. Fish from piers, shoreline, pedal boats, or your own human powered watercraft. High speed internet . (Price includes up to 6 guests; cabin is set up to sleep 6. Mineola - private house- a few minutes to downtown

A quiet getaway just a few short minutes from downtown Mineola and the Mineola Nature Preserve. It feels like many miles away though. Piney Gate Farm is home to a small herd of Angora goats and a few miniature donkeys and horses. The house is surrounded by woods and pasture. self checkin anytime after 3pm, checkout is 11am.
