Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. One dog allowed. The perfect place to come back to after a busy day at First Monday, or just a nice getaway. Garage and WIFI. The backyard is large and completely fenced in! It's a great place for kids to play, or for all to relax at the end of the day and is furnished with horseshoes, a table for 4, a 2 person hammock, and a propane fire pit. Brookshires is located close for groceries. 2 night stays allowed on non-First Monday weekends.

H&J Ranch Guest Quarters

After a long day of shopping come and relax in this recently renovated space, 3 miles from Trade Days. It is a private unit and does not share anything with the main house. The entrance opens to a large, air-conditioned hotel style room. The room has a full-size bed and can accommodate 2 extra guests with 2 roll away twin beds. Complimentary coffee, microwave, refrigerator, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. There is an outside sitting area to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine, at the end of the day.

Our rustic, upscale, WATERFRONT cabin has breathtaking views! Three peaceful acres are tucked in an expansive cove of Lake Fork. Enjoy open concept LR/DR/kitchen. Private boat ramp. Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar mini-fridge, and carport. NOTE: Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

Smart TV works from your hot spot. BluRay player. 1 mile-Green Goat Winery (open Fri/Sat) and 3 miles- Blue Moon Nursery. 20 min-Canton, 20 min-Tyler, 10 min-Ben Wheeler for great food/music.

We are also located about 5 mins away from Lake Fork via drive.

Darcies Country Living

Darcies country living is a comfortable private unit behind our main house that well lit and offers all of the amenities of home. We offer free wifi, netflix, and directv... (Netflix only in the bedroom) with a backup generator to ensure you will never be without. Our kitchen is stocked with water, coffee, creamer and snacks (crackers and chips) including some condiments.
