The newly built cottage is a two level detached suite including a large open concept bedroom, full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom, dedicated laundry space, heat pump (heating and cooling) and Telus TV & Wi-Fi. Your private patio offers a new beachcomber hot tub (4 person), propane firepit, BBQ and eating area overlooking the forest. You are 5 mins from the lake and several hiking trails. We are located 5 minutes from the trans Canada highway and between Shawnigan Lake school and Brentwood College.

Welcome to our Hillside Oasis! Enjoy your own private spacious coach house with an unbelievable view. One bedroom, one bathroom, hotplate, toaster oven, fridge, pull-out couch, living room, cute little wood burning stove. 5 minute drive to the cove/ferry terminal. Relax on your private patio after visiting the lakes/ beaches, or shopping in the cove. Wifi TV w/Firestick. Queen bed. Note we are a 45 min walk uphill from the ferry. In a quiet neighborhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

The area has so much to offer and many places to explore, access to the bus stop and the Galloping Goose Trail is only 200 metres away. Take a gentle kayak ride and enjoy the ocean basin with all its wildlife just a stones throw away. Enjoy the view from your patio or chill out in the soft hot tub. The suite is located on the ground floor with an occupied suite above you.
