Summer Breeze Terrace - Private Garden Suite

Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are allowed with a $20 charge per dog per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps.

Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

If you're lookin' to ride the ultimate wave of relaxation and adventure, this is where it's at. Situated in the middle of a lush, most-excellent forest, imagine waking up to the sound of the waves crashin' in the distance, as you take in the sweet scent of saltwater and cedar. The property is surrounded with giant evergreens situated on the quaint and quiet Quinsam river. With river front access. The suite is in a separate building on the property, very private. It has funky slate floors, skylights and 12 foot ceilings. A fully loaded kitchen, which comes stocked with coffee beans, and assortment of teas. A cozy separate bedroom. There are two decks one covered, both with table and chairs and a Barbecue. We also have a PVR for recording your favorite shows.
