Here is a charming newly renovated cottage.

This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Här bor du i ett arkitektritat litet studiohus omgiven av hav och skog med tillgång till brygga nedanför tomten, flera badplatser och härliga promenadstråk i området. Compact living med alla bekvämligheter. Hos oss bor du i skärgården med direkt tillgång till Stockholm city och med närhet till båtar som tar dig vidare ut i skärgården. Med lite tur kan du få se både rådjur och älg på nära håll. Fågelbro Golf & Country Club finns på cykelavstånd. Spa och flera restauranger finns i närområdet.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

Also Gustavsberg is the home of some of Swedens most famous ceramics and artists who have their ateliers in the harbour.

OBS ej perfekt boende för små barn då loftsäng och terrass kan innebära fallrisk. Möjlighet att hyra 2 kajaker (vuxenstorlek) vid boendet (dock ej 24 juni - 24 juli 2024).

Getting Around We recommend getting here by car for the easiest access to the area and its surroundings. It’s also possible to come by bus – the nearest bus stop is about 900 meters from the accommodation. Private parking is available right by the guesthouse.
