Urania Villa Rhea is an exquisite 2-bedroom villa offering a refined blend of comfort and luxury. The villa features a stunning saltwater Jacuzzi/pool, perfect for relaxation, set amidst outdoor spaces that provide breathtaking views of neighbor islands and Ionian sea. Both bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort. One boasts a Hamam-inspired bathroom, while the other includes a Jacuzzi bathtub. De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

High aesthetics -two floor apartment

Μεζονέτα με τέσσερα υπνοδωματια και τρια μπανια . Στον κατω οροφο βρισκεται το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο με το διπλό κρεββάτι, το γραφειο, η κουζινα , πολυ ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με δυο καναπέδες γωνια , το μπανιο με το πλυντηριο ρούχων και μεγαλη μπανιέρα και το μπαλκονι. Στον πανω οροφο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωματια, το ενα εχει διπλό κρεββάτι και το αλλο κουκέτα με δυο μονα κρεββατια και δυο μπανια και τα δυο με ντουζιερα . Το διαμερισμα ειναι στον πανω οροφο μιας πανσιον και απέχει 50 μετρα απο την πλαζ.

Ο χώρος μας είναι κοντά σε δραστηριότητες για οικογένειες, windsurfing, παραλια, κηπος. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: άνετο περιβάλλον, η θέα και η τοποθεσία. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες. Το κατάλυμα απέχει 40μ. από την παραλία και προσφέρει θέα στον κήπο, τη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Παρέχεται επίσης δωρεάν Wi-Fi, παρκινγκ και ξαπλώστρες για την παραλια. Προσφέρονται πολλές δραστηριότητες στη γύρω περιοχή και προτρέπουμε να δοκιμάσετε και την ιστιοσανίδα.

Villa Gyri is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. The land in its natural cypress, myrtle and acacias flora, but still with parking space for two vehicles. All the ingredients of a relaxed (or not) vacation are here.

Μπορείτε να δείτε όλο τον κόλπο της Βασιλικής καθώς και τα γύρω χωριά. Βρισκόμαστε μέσα στο χωριό αλλά σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά αλλά και τις παραλίες .
