This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Boendet är två byggnader på samma tomt: ett huvudhus med två sovrum och kök med vattenutsikt, samt en separat gäststuga med eget sovrum. Totalt plats för sju gäster, vilket gör det till ett bra alternativ för familjer eller två sällskap som vill ha både gemenskap och egna utrymmen. Du når Stockholm på ungefär 30 minuter.

Relax in the sauna, take a cooling swim in the sea. There are plenty of hiking tracks around the island, an outside gym and tennis court in the vicinity. Tynningö is located near Stockholm center, 30 minutes away by car and about 1 hour away by commute (bus or boat). Vaxholm is a popular neighboring island.

The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Highlights include outdoor jacuzzi, fireplace, BBQ, annex house on the beach and real WC – a luxury on these islands. Private jetty with spacious lounge furniture offers relaxing days by the water when weather allows.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Fredriksro beautifully located near the waterfront was built in 1892 and now owned by the sixth generation! It is close to a nature preservation with paths for walking, biking, hiking and jogging. Being close to the water you have surfing, rowing, diving and a beach for the small ones. There is also a tennis and paddle court nearby. To get around a car is to recommend . We are 30 min from central Stockholm and about 10 min from the shopping.

House built 1890 and beautyfully renovated to all season standard. Woodfired Sauna 5 meters from sea. Rowingboat is included.
