Secluded Archipelago Retreat near Vaxholm

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Ljus och rymlig planlösning. 70 kvm, 2 separata sovrum med 2 bäddar i varje. En dubbelsäng i ena sovrummet och en våningssäng i det andra sovrummet (finns även 1 extrasäng). Sjöutsikt från alla fönster. Parkeringsplats precis vid huset som ingår i hyran. Boendet passar för familjer eller par.

Njut av den härliga miljön på detta romantiska boende i naturen. 25m stort minihus med 50 m till havet. Passar för två vuxna alternativt två vuxna med ett eller två mindre barn. Alla bekvämligheter inklusive uteplats. Avskilt med egen ingång. Kom iväg från stan över en helg eller stanna några fler dagar och gör utflykter i närområdet eller skärgården. Går att hyra tillsammans med huvudhuset på samma adress för större sällskap.

Modern and well equipped apartment. The apartment has a small bedroom, a family room with kitchen and sofa, a bathroom, a small wardrobe, separate entrance and patio. In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming. We have wifi (fiber) good for streaming.

På Resarö, Vaxholms skärgård, finns en liten stuga med badrocksavstånd till morgondopp. dubbelsäng (160 cm bred), med pentry, kyl och liten frys, toalett, dusch och egen veranda med soffa och bord ingår. För par/minifamiljen. Åt smultron och körsbär från trädgården. Njut!
