Large deck overseeing the reservoir; private dock included with property. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom w/ a jetted tub and shower. The upstairs offers two loft bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with a shower. Just outside of Eugene, a 25 min drive to Hayward Field or Autzen Stadium.

We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. 3 miles from Wine Country (10 wineries within 20 mins) and 10 mins from downtown Eugene and the airport. Our lovely Bunkhouse was built for a quiet, peaceful retreat. All will enjoy the surrounding natural view, along with the various wild birds. On a lucky day the Spencer Creek Elk herd will make an appearance. Quick travel to fine food, great adult beverages, and Univ. of Oregon Ducks athletic events. Midway between the Coast and the mountains (1 hr each).
